摘要
随着改革开放的深入,市场经济的确立和逐步成熟,公务员薪酬体系中的不足逐渐显露。文章着重分析公务员薪酬体系中的公平问题,并提出以按劳分配为主,知识技能参与分配,建立平衡比较机制和机动增长机制的薪酬设计方案。
With the development of open and reform,market economy formed,but the shortage of government functionary′s salary system is revealed gradually.This article analyses the impartiality problem existing in the government functionary′s salary system and points out the salary designing plan which centers on the distribution according to work,knowledge technique participating in distribution.
