摘要
微卫星(SSR)是以1~6个核苷酸为基本单位的串联重复序列,广泛分布于各类真核生物基因组中。由于具有共显性、多态性丰富、操作简单、重复性好等特点,因此在植物遗传多样性研究、植物分类学及品种指纹鉴定等领域中都有着重要的应用价值。
Microsatellites,also called simple sequence repeats,are some tandem repeat of 1~6 nucleotide acids sequence dispersed in the genome of eukaryotes.Because of the characters of co-dominance,polymorphism,easily manipulation and repeatability,it is becoming the valuable techniques in the study of genetic diversity of botany,taxology and identification of fingerprinting in variety.
