如何理解"必须把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务",关系到开创中国特色社会主义的成败。对于执政党而言,由于它所处的特殊历史地位,既要把"以经济建设为中心"作为第一要务,同时也要把理论创新包括到第一要务之中。只有二者协调发展,才能带动并保证其他各个方面的发展,引导和鼓舞全党和全国人民把中国特色社会主义事业不断推向前进。

It is going to lead to success or failure to construct socialist with Chinese characteristics,how to understand that development is the important thing for the Party and our country. The Party must not only take economy development, but also take the creation of theory as the first important thing because of its special historical position. Only after economy development and creation of theory get along well with each other, the development of other things can be available and supported, what's more, it will inspire the Party and the people to put forward the cause of socialist with Chinese characteristics continuously.
