摘要
可持续发展的伦理原则得到较普遍的接受,但在操作上却是"囚徒的困境",存在实践上的障碍。要走出此困境,需要不同层面的制度基础作为保障。这些制度基础能达到共识,任务很艰巨。
Although ethical principle of sustainable criterion is widely accepted, it embraces operationally embarrassment , as 'prisoner's dilemma'. Going out of the embarrassment needs an array of assurances of social institution, about which achieving agreement is very hard and it is a long way to go.
