摘要
虚拟企业是一种全新的组织形式,虽然它以计算机网络为运营平台,但它仍然是人格化的组织,也同样需要激励。虚拟企业的激励方法有:目标激励、信任激励、虚拟企业文化激励、授权激励等。
Virtual enterprises are a kind of fully new organization. Although they make use of computer networks as operation platform, they are a personified organization, and need incentive as well. This article focuses on several methods of incentive for virtual enterprises, such as objective incentive, trusting incentive, virtual enterprise culture incentive, authorized incentive.
