Library's Training Function in Higher Institutes

图书馆是高校教育职能的重要阵地,应充分发挥其育人功能。本文从大学生素质教育、优化环境、教学改革、优化馆藏和加强图书馆管理人员的培养等方面进行了论述。

This article discusses that library,as an important section,should fully play its training roles from such aspects as quality education of college students,the improvement of environment,teaching reform,the enrichment of library collection and the training of librarians.
