摘要
关注员工的满意度是对员工进行有效管理的新思路。薪资水平是决定员工满意度的最重要因素之一 ,而公平是员工获得薪资满意度的基础。由分配公平、程序公平、组织公平而产生的薪资满意体验 ,可以帮助员工增加对组织的投入 ,提高组织的绩效水平。
It is a new thought in management to pay attention to employees' salary satisfaction, which should be based on equity. When distributing profits, the management should build up equity in its procedures and organizations. Only by doing so can the employees be patriotic to their company and give excellent performance.
