土壤施硒对白肋烟含硒量的影响 被引量:11

摘要 盆栽试验结果表明 ,在本试验设定的土壤施硒范围内 ,白肋烟叶、根、茎的含硒量分别为 3.8~ 2 10、2 .2~ 5 7、1.4~ 4 2μg/ g,呈叶>根 >茎的分布规律 ,而且均与土壤施硒量呈极显著的正相关 ;白肋烟叶、茎、根的吸硒量分别为 0 .2 0 8~ 11.343、0 .14 3~ 3.6 82、0 .0 32~ 1.0 0 0 mg/ pot,呈现叶 >茎 >根的分布规律 ,亦均与土壤施硒量呈极显著的正相关 :叶、茎、根的吸硒量占烟株总吸硒量的比例分别为 5 4 .3%~ 70 .8%、2 0 .8%~ 37.5 %、5 .5 %~ 9.5 % ,说明白肋烟的硒积累能力为叶 >茎 >根 ;白肋烟对土壤施硒的回收率为 8.9%~ 18.1%。 The results of applying Se in soil to burley tobacco by pot experiment were reported.In the range of Se-supplement in this experiment, Se-content of burley tobacco in leaves, roots and stalks were 3.8~210、2.2~57、1.4~42 μg/g respectively. The distrbutive regularity of Se-content as follows: Se-content in leaves is the highest, it is higher in roots than in stalks. But the Se-content of burley tobacco had highly significant positive correlation with soil Se-supplement.Se-absorption in leaves,stalks and roots was 0.208~11.343、 0.143~3.682、 0.032~1.000mg/pot repectively. The distribution of Se-absorption changed: leaves asorbed the most, then stalks, roots was the last, and also, se-absorption had significant positive correlation with the Se-supplement in soil. Se-absorption in roots, stalks and leaves counted up 54.3%~70.8%、20.8%~37.5%、 5.5%~9.5% of total Se-absorption respectively.The burley tobacco had a high rate of recovery of Se-supplement in soil ranging from 8.9% to 18.1%.
