开展“耳鼻喉-口腔颌面”相关外科手术52例小结

A PRELIMINARY SUMMARY OF 52 CASES OF THE" OTORHINOLARYNGOL-OROMAXILLO-FACIAL" RELATED SURGERY

目的:探索开展"耳鼻喉-口腔颌面"相关手术领域。方法:临床上将累及口腔颌面外科领域的耳鼻喉科疾病统盘考虑联合治疗,在根治病变的基础上,同期或后期行器官功能重建。结果:本组病人52例。其中恶性肿瘤24 例:术后存活3年22人,占91.7%;5年18人,占75%。行器官功能重建42例:术后病人器官生理功能维护良好39例, 占92.9%。结论:为创建"耳鼻咽喉头颈外科",耳鼻喉科医生开展"口腔颌面"相关手术是可行的。

Objective: To explore the field of the ' Otorhino-laryngol-Oromaxillo-facial' related surgery. Method: All of the cases of the Otorhinolaryngology which involved the Oromaxillo - facial region, were radically cured, with organ function reconstructed in one stage or two stage. Results: Of the 52 cases, 24 were malignant tumors, and 22 of the 24 cases (91.7%) survived for 3 years after operation and 18 cases (75%) for 5 years.39 out of 42 cases (92.9%) with organ function reconstruction had a good organ function. Conclusion: In order to estabish the ' Otorhinolaryngol - head and neck surgery', it is necessary and feasible for Otorhinolaryngologist to develop the ' Oromaxillo- facial' related surgery.
