摘要
环境变迁的客观要求、突破成长限制的内部要求决定了高等院校走向学习型组织是一种必然趋势。高校创 建学习型组织,可以从建立有效、健全的四大机制入手,即教育机制、激励机制、质疑机制、创新机制。
Objective requests of changing environment and internal requests of breaking growth decide that the learning organization would be one inexorable trend for higher institution. Higher institution establish the learning organization, they can start with setting up effective, sound four major mechanisms, namely educational mechanism, incentive mechanism, querying the mechanism and innovative mechanism.
