女性胆结石患者垂体-性腺轴激素改变的初步观察

THE PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION OF PITUITARY-GONADAL AXIS HORMONES CHANGE IN WOMEN PATIENT WITH CHOLELITHIASIS

本文采用放射免疫法测定62例女性胆囊结石和45例女性肝胆管结石患者的血清 FSH、LH 和血浆 E_2、P 和 T 的含量,并与42例正常妇女对照分析.实验结果表明育龄女性胆囊结石患者E_2含量明显升高(P<0.01),T 含量显著减少(P<0.05),绝经后胆囊结石患者 T 含量明显减少(P<0.01),P 含量显著升高 (p<0.01),育龄女性和绝经后胆囊结石患者 E_2/T 比值与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01),育龄女性肝胆管结石患者卵泡期 E_2、T 及 E_2/T 比值有显著改变,提示女性胆结石患者存在明显的垂体-性腺轴激素合成或代谢的异常.

By radioimmunoassay,we determined the concentration of serum follica larstimuating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),and that of plasma cstradio(E_2), progesterone(p)and testosterone(T),in 62 women patients with gallstones and 45 women pa- tients with hepatic bile duet stones,and in 42 healthy women subjects as control.Compared with that in healthy subjects,the level of plasma E_2 was greatly higher(P<0.01)and the level of plasma T was significantly lower(P<0.05)in reproductive-age women with gallstones.The postmenopausal women with gallstones had lower plasma T values and much higher plasma P values than the healthy subjects(P<0.01).Between the women patients with gallstones and healthy subjects,there was significant difference in the ratio of E_2/T(P<0.01).Obviously,there were significant changes in the values of plasma E_2/T in women with hepatic bile duet stones when they were at grafian follicle period.It is concluded that the synthe- sis or metablism of pituitary-gonadal axis hormones in women patients with cholelithiasis is significantly abnormal.
