椎弓根节段内固定器的应用(附6例报告)

APPLICATION OF TRANSPEDICULAR SCREWS FIXATION INSTRUMENTATION(A REPORT OF 6 CASES)

严重的脊柱骨折脱位,特别是合并脊髓损伤者是致残率较高的损伤之一。其治疗方法众多,既往多采用钢板内固定,最近几年相继出现了 Harrington,Luquc 氏手术及经椎弓根节段内固定.通过临床应用,椎弓根内固定完全控制了脊柱的“三柱”复合结构,提供了坚强的内固定,因而其设计更为合理.作者自1991年8月以来应用椎弓根节段内固定器治疗6例不稳定性胸腰椎骨折,其中5例合并截瘫,近期疗效可喜,文中同时讨论了有关问题.

Severe fracture-dislocation of the spine,cspecially associated with spinal cord injuries,is one of the damages causing high rate of disability,In the past,it used to be trcated by spine plate fixation.In recent years,Harrington,Luque's operation and the transpedicular screws fixation system(TPSF)were widely cmployed.Because of its reasonable design,TPSF can comletely control the“three colmn”complex structures of the spine and provide stable in- ternal fixation.In this article the authors report their using TPSF for the treatment of 6 cases of unstable thoracic and lumbar fractures and 5 of them were associated with paralegia.Some re- lated problems are also discussed in this article.
