新形势下高校消防安全工作的思考与对策

Thought and Countermeasure on the Fire Fighting and Security of College under New Situation

从高校消防安全工作的实践看 ,高校消防安全工作中仍然存在着安全管理不力、消防意识淡薄、经费投入不足、监管力度不够、安全隐患趋增等问题。各高校只有切实转变消防观念、普及消防安全教育、加大消防经费投入、加强消防安全管理、开展消防安全检查、建立一套科学规范的消防安全工作评价体系及考核办法 ,才能进一步做好高校消防安全工作 ,不断提升消防安全工作水平。

From the practice of the fire fighting and security in the higher college, it still exists the problems in the security management, in the lacking of the consciousness of the fire fighting and security, not enough the investment and supervision; and in the increasing of hidden trouble in security. To solve the problems, the idea of fire fighting must be changed; the education of fire fighting security should be given; the fire fighting outlay should be increased; the management of security should be strengthened; the exam of fire fighting and security should be developed; a series system of canonical appraisal and the method of assessment for the fire fighting and security should be set up. In this way, the work of fire fighting and security can be done very well and the work level of fire fighting and security would be raised in higher colleges.
