随着社会的快速发展和竞争的日益加剧 ,大学生的心理素质问题日益突出。针对大学生常见的心理问题 ,分析其形成的原因 ,建议高校应从不同角度 ,来重视和加强对学生健康心理的培养和塑造。

Nowadays with the fast development and increase of society and competitive, the mental problems among college students are becoming more and more serious. This essay aims to analyze the causes of forming the common mental problems of the college students, suggesting the college should pay great attention to cultivate and shape the students' healthy mentality.
