低温自交联型印花涂料粘合剂

粘合剂是印花涂料的主要组分,其性能直接影响印花牢度、印品手感、焙烘条件等。目前普通应用的印花涂料粘合剂,存在着能耗高、污染环境等缺点,难以适应不耐高温的纤维织物。新研制的低温自交联印花涂料粘合剂,采用低温水相印花工艺,减少了污染,节省了能源。

The binder,a major component of printing coating,has direct effects on the fastness of printing,touchfeeling and baking conditions.Because of the higherenergy-consumption and environment pollution,etc.,which is difficult to meet the requirement oftextile at lower temp.,a new low temp,self-crosslinking printing coating binder has been devel-oped with the process of low temp,aqueous print-ing,to reduce the pollution and energy consump-tion.
