摘要 有机膨胀型钢结构防火涂料缺点是涂层中有机物易分解,且遇火时释出有毒物质。无机膨胀型钢结构防火涂料采用无机低温发泡层和高温发泡层的复合泡层,解决了火灾中钢结构前期升温快和后期阻火涂层熔滴问题,综合性能好。文中探讨了无机复合泡层梯次发泡机理、涂料配方与涂层结构对防火涂层的阻火隔热性能的影响。 The organic dilatational fireproof coating for steelstrictures has the disadvantages of easy decomposi-tion of organic structures to evolve toxic materials. The inorganic dilatational fireproof coating for steelstructures consists of a complex foam structure ofinorganic low temp,and high temp,foaming layersto eliminate the problem of early rapid temp,in-creasing on fire and later melting drop of the coat-ing.This paper has discussed the step foamingmechanism and the effects of formalation and struc-tureof coatings on the fireproof and heat insulationproperties.
