摘要
目的 :探讨凝血酶原时间测定的部分影响因素。方法 :对 30例正常健康查体者血液标本 (无肝、肾疾病 ,血液学指标正常范围的成年人 )用SysmexCA 5 0 0血凝仪对不同离心速度、离心时间、血液存放时间分别进行PT值的测定。结果 :室温放置 3h与即刻分离血浆测PT值 (PT值分别为 12 .6 3± 0 .4 1、12 .4 6±0 .36 ) ,P>0 .0 5 ,差异无显著性 ;室温放置 6h与即刻分离血浆测PT值 (PT值分别为 18.2 0± 3.4 1、12 .4 6±0 .36 ) ,P <0 .0 1,差异有显著性。两种离心速度和四种不同离心时间测定PT ,P >0 .0 5 ,差异无显著性。结论 :在日常工作中 ,标本应及时送检 ,及时检查。若不能及时检查的 ,标本在室温保存不得超过 3h ,4℃保存不得超过 5h。
Objective:To investigate the part influence factors of prothrombin time assay. Methods:The PT of 30 normal healty plasmas in different conditions were measured with Sysmex CA-500 automated coagulation instrument. Results: The PT values of fresh plasma samples is similar as that of samples after stored 3 hours at room temperature (PT : 12.63±0.41,12.46±0.36 respectively),P>0.05, and there is no significant difference. But it is different from PT results of samples after stored 6 hours at room temperature (PT : 18.20±3.41,12.46±0.36 respectively) ,P<0.01 There are significant difference between them. No difference in results was measured by methods with different centrifugal speed and centrifugal time. Conclusion:Plasma samples should be determinate in time in daily work. The PT assay must be performed in no longer than 3 hours of storation at room temperature and in no longer than 6 hours at 4℃.
