放射免疫导向手术在大肠癌治疗中应用的研究进展

摘要 放射免疫导向手术是20世纪80年代后期发展起来的一门新兴技术,十几年来随着分子生物学、免疫学和放射性元素标记技术的发展。有了较大的进步,逐步应用到肿瘤的临床治疗中并取得了可喜的效果。现就放射免疫导向手术及其在大肠癌外科领域的应用现状和前景综述如下。
