结直肠癌手术中的选择性淋巴结定位
摘要
影响结直肠癌预后的重要因素是肿瘤分期，绝大多数局限在肠壁内的肿瘤(AJCC Ⅰ／Ⅱ期)，单纯根治性手术治疗有良好的治疗作用，而一旦肿瘤穿破肠壁，并侵犯到相应的淋巴结(AJCCⅢ期)．单纯手术治疗的生存率显著下降，约为25％～35％，即使配合术后的辅助性化疗，也仅能对大约1／3患者起到一定的作用。因此，对于淋巴结是否存在转移的诊断准确度，
