摘要
邓小平经济法制思想的基础是姓"资"与姓"社"的判别标准和社会主义市场经济理论,其主要内容体现在企业法、农业法、吸收外资的法制环境和金融法、财税法等方面,这都具有使法律工具论和经济建设中心论相结合的特点。
This article considers that the basis of Deng Xiaoping's theory of economic legal system comprises the standard of judgment for 'capitalist' and 'socialist'qualities of economic system and socialist marketing economy theory. The theory is mainly embodied in the aspects of enterprise law, agricultural law, the legal circumstance for absorbing foreign investment, financial law, etc. All above bear the characteristic of combining theories of 'law as a tool' and 'the central task of economic construction'.
