论产品质量法中的经济法精神

On Spirit of Economic Law in the Product Quality Law

我国产品质量法有缺失,一定程度上归因于经济法精神的阙如,这可从产品质量法中有关竞争法和宏观调控法内容中得到解析。我们的结论是:产品质量法的完善与实施需要经济法精神的指导,以实现其对市场经济的规制功能,促进企业产品质量的改善和提高。

The imperfection of the product quantity law is, to some degree ascribed to the lack of the spirit of economic law, which can be analysed from the context of the competition and the macro-control in the product quality law. It is concluded that the perfection and implementation of the product quality law need the guidance of the spirit of the economic law in order to actualize the regulative function for market economy and promote the improvement of the quality of products in the enterprises.
