分工与秩序的前提性准备——哈耶克思想的可能路数

The Prerequisite of Distribution and Order —— possible lines of Hayek's thought

基于学界对于哈耶克思想已经具有的研究之上,本文力图把哈耶克思想中的一个问题和问题域:分工与秩序,置于其所隐身的思想史脉络里进行解读。可以说,本文的写作意图主要是针对隐藏在或归属于某一特定的学术系谱脉络中的哈耶克学术论述之间所没有清晰显露的问题,而对于这一问题的具体内在构建则只是略加梳理,即哈耶克是怎样经由分工的进路来回答霍布斯所开创的"历时性"或经典性问题:基于个人预设之上的社会秩序是如何可能的。

On the basis of previous studies of Hayek in the academic circles, this article intends to locate his problems and areas of discussions concerning distribution and order in its hidden sequence of ideas. This is to say that the present discussion aims to bring to light problems hidden or attributed to certain academic school not having been revealed in the Hayek studies. As to the details of inner construction of the subject a rough outline has been provided regarding how Hayek answers the 'diachronic' or classic problem initiated by Hobbes according to his line of thought on distribution, i.e., how it is possible to obtain social order on the basis of personal presuppositions.
