摘要
工程建设项目的成本、进度与质量一起并称为建设项目管理的三大控制目标。我国目前的工程建设项目中大量采用成本、进度分离控制的方式进行管理 ,带来了工程进度的拖延和成本的增加。本文引入基于EVC原理的成本和进度的集成控制方法 ,为提高工程建设项目的效率和效益提供了一条可行的路径 。
The cost,schedule and quality are the most important aim of control in the construction project.While the cost and schedule have been controlled severally in present days,this might lead to the increase of cost and detention of time.Thus an cost&schedule-integrated control method based on Earned Value Concept should be introduced for the improvement of performance of construction project management.This purpose has been promoted by this paper.
