“序数分析法”及其在企业融资决策中的应用

本文通过对一个真实案例中企业面临问题的剖析 ,针对财务管理理论在实际融资问题中运用时产生的脱节甚至冲突 ,借鉴经济学“序数效用论”的分析方法 ,提出了一种将理论运用于实践时进行措施调整的思路。

As a matter of fact,measures and criterions are all resultful.It is the solution that how to make a decision accurately by restituting simplified assumptions in the model founding.The purpose of this paper is to do some analysis and research,from economic point of view,on a case of one manufacture,and proffer sequence-analysis,a newmethod of application of existent theory.
