多元化影响企业价值的一个综述

本文分别从多元化经营的收益和成本、多元化对企业价值净影响的实证研究、多元化折价的原因分析四方面,对西方国家关于多元化经营对企业价值影响方面的理论和实证研究进行了综述。

This thesis summarizes the theories and empirical studies of west countries on howdiversification affects firm value from four aspects reˉspectively,i.e.income and cost of diversification,empirical studies of net influence of corporate diversification,and reason analysis of diversification discount.We hope it will provide some references for further studies in the field of our country.
