双黄连粉针剂治疗呼吸系统感染203例临床疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of powdery shuanghuanglian agent in clinical treatment of 203 cases with respiratory diseases

目的:观察双黄连粉针剂治疗呼吸系统感染的临床疗效。方法:203例呼吸系统感染病例作为治疗组,采用双黄连粉针剂治疗;190例呼吸系统感染病例作为对照组,采用青霉素、病毒唑治疗。结果:2组临床疗效结果经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:双黄连粉针剂治疗呼吸系统感染,在临床疗效上可取得与青霉素、病毒唑相同的效果,安全可靠,缩短病程,值得在基层医疗单位推广。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of powdery shuanghuanglian agent in clinical treatment of respiratory infection. Methods: 203 cases infected with respiratory diseases were treated with injection of the powdery Shuanghuanglian agent as the treatment group. 190 cases infected with respiratory diseases were otherwise treated with Penicillin and or ribavirin as the control group. Results:Statistic results show that there are no notable differences in the curative effect of the two medicinal treatment of the respiratory infection between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of the powdery Shuanghuanglian agent in clinical treatment of respiratory infection is as good as penicillin or ribavirin, and is safe as well. In addition, it can shorten the course of the disease, so its clinical application deserves sp(?)g in basic medical units.
