灰口铸铁经表面处理后耐穴蚀性能的研究

摘要 我们用超声磁致振荡装置测试了灰口铸铁经5种表面处理后的耐穴蚀性能,并根据耐穴蚀性和实用性两方面综合考虑,建议采用电刷镀处理来提高铸铁气缸套的耐穴蚀性能。结合扫描电镜定点间歇跟踪观察结果,讨论了表面处理提高耐穴蚀性的机理。 In order to enhance the cavitation erosion resistance of the cylinder liners made of grey cast iron, cavitation erosion tests are carried out on the grey cast iron which has been subjected to five kinds of surface treatment with an ultrasonic magnetostrictive vibratory device. A brush-plating treatment is recommended as effective in resisting cavitation erosion and practical in use. Discussion is also made of the mechanism of improvement on cavitation erosion resistance by surface treatment based on the interval followup observations of the cavitation erosion at the fixed points of specimens.
