高效液相色谱法分离和测定沙棘油中α-生育酚

The Determination of the a-tocopherolin Seabuckthorn Oil by High-Perfor-mance Lipuid Chromatography

本文报道采用正相分配高效液相色谱法，用Kaclia1-Pak Cartrige键合相柱，非梯度无毒性溶剂洗脱，以紫外检测器检测，成功地对沙棘果的各种抽提物中的α-生育酚进行分离和定量。并讨论了生育酚的分离、定性、波长选择及线性范围等。

Abstract:α-tocopherol was separated and detected from various extrats of seabuckthorn by high-performance liquid chromatography successfully. The methods of separation, qualitative analysis,the selection of wave length and linear range of a-tocopherol were discussed.
