面对严重的缺电局面,分析了目前电网和电源两方面存在的问题。提出发展电力的同时,环境保护也是不容忽视的问题,从科学发展观的角度提出了解决办法,最终实现经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的协调统一。

Facing the alarming situation on the shortage of electric power,we have analyzed the existing problems in both electricity supplying network and electric energy resources.A conclusion has been reached that while continuing to develop electric power,environmental protection is an issue that should never be overlooked.Therefore,under the scientific perspective on continued development,we have proposed the solutions that will eventually achieve the balance and unity among the economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit.
