Quantitative and SemiquantitativeAnalysis of DODMAC by ScanningTLC and Measuring of Spots Area

本文介绍用TLC测定样品中双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵的含量，经与常用的高氨酸滴定法相比，斑点面积的标准曲线法和计算法的最大误差分别为-13.5％及-6％，而扫描密度法则为±5％。

The content of dioctadecyl dimethylammonium chloride(DODMAC) in sample was determined by TLC.The maximum eyyoys obtained by the method of calculation and standard calibration curve based on spot area and the method of scanning densitometry(SD) were -13.5%, ?6% and ?% respectively, when compared with that of perchloric acid titration method.
