摘要
分析了上海高校师资队伍存在的问题 ,特别是优秀青年人才不足的状况 ,提出了建设引进和培养优秀青年人才的目标导向机制 。
By analyzing problems with the current teaching force in Shanghai Colleges and Universities and particularly stressing the problem of being short of young elite talents, the writers suggest that we build a target oriented system to recruit and cultivate young elite talents. Some solutions and measures are also put forward in an effort to tackle the problems.
