摘要
采用离心分离和溶剂抽提相结合的方法测定煤焦油含渣率,运用激光粒度分析技术测定焦油渣粒度分布,并为焦油超滤系统的脱渣效率及>100μm粒级效率进行评价提供有效方法。
A modified procedure for measurement of sludge content in coal tar w as proposed by combining the centrifugal separation process and the extraction pro cess. The size distribution of the sludge grains after the solvent extraction tr eatment was determined using laser beam refraction technique with Mastersizer 20 0 device. The results prove that the proposed method is effective to evaluate th e efficiency of sludge removal from coal tar and the efficiency of the sludge gr ains with particles over 100 靘 in the centrifugal system for treatment of coal tar.
