摘要
首先分析了产品模型数据交换标准-数控程序的格式和数据组织结构,对其信息模型进行了分类研究,提出了基本的处理原则和方法。进一步分析和研究了几何描述信息和制造工艺信息模型及信息提取问题,给出了利用STIX库函数提取制造特征以及工艺信息的基本方法和步骤。基于上述方法实现了一个基本的产品模型数据交换标准-数控程序解释器。实际运行表明,该解释器可以有效地解释产品模型数据交换标准-数控程序。
STandard for Excharge of Product model data-Numerical Cortrol(STEP-NC)—ISO 14649 defines a new data interface for numerical control (NC) machine tools which has brought about great changes in the NC programming from contents & formats' perspectives. The structure and data format of the NC part program based on STEP-NC were firstly analyzed. The information contained in the part program was categorized, and general strategies and methods were proposed to manipulate each category. Then the information models for geometrical and technological descriptions were further studied and issues about their extraction from the part program were also discussed. An approach to extract the manufacturing features and process information by applying STIX library was proposed. Finally a prototype interpretation was developed based on this approach. It was proved to be effective by the actual interpretation of a STEP-NC part program.
