摘要
人际关系直接影响酒店的服务质量和管理水平。营造和谐的人际关系,不仅能够维系员工的团结合作能力、增强信息的沟通、提高酒店的经济效益,而且能树立一种积极进取的企业形象、扩大酒店在社会上的知名度,同时关系到酒店能否在激烈的竞争中生存和发展的重大问题。
Human relationship has the direct effect on hotel service quality and management level. The establishment of a harmonious human relationship can not only maintain the solidarity of working staff and their cooperation capacity, promote information interchange and raise hotel economic benefit, but also help foster an active progressive image of enterprise, enhance hotel social popularity and have a close link with the possibility of the hotel existence and development in the fierce competition.
