摘要
报道了新型催化剂 Ti Si W12 O4 0 / Ti O2 催化酯化合成葡萄糖五丙酸酯的糖酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明 :Ti Si W12 O4 0 / Ti O2 是合成葡萄糖五丙酸脂的良好催化剂。最佳反应条件为 :糖酸摩尔比 1∶ 6,催化剂的用量为反应液的 2 .0 % ,酯化反应时间为 2 .0 h,反应温度 95℃~1 0 5℃ ,反应产率可达 84 .5%。
The synthesis of glouse pentapropionate from glucose and propionic acid was catalyzed by solid super acid TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 ,and the factors influencing on the yield of the reaction were discussed.It showed that the solid superacid TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 was an excellent catalyst,the yield of the glucose pentapropiopanoate could reach over 84 5% under molar ratio of glucose and propionic acid 1∶6,the reaction temperature of 95℃~105℃,reaction time of 2 0h and amount of TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 solid superacid catalyst of 2 0%.
