区域政府的制度供给与区域经济发展

ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INSTITUTIONAL SUPPLY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL ECONOMY

区域经济以企业、家庭、区域政府(公共机构)为主体。在经济转轨和统筹区域发展的双重约束下探讨区域政府的制度供给对区域经济发展的影响有重要的现实意义。不同类型区域政府由于利益导向差异导致区域制度供给差别,进而一定程度上影响区域经济发展质量。

The regional economy consists of enterprises, households and local governments. With the transformation from planning economy to market economy and the consideration of regional development, the qualitative of institutional supply of local government does difference on the development of regional economy. The paper analyzes the different types of local government, which dedicates to different benefits, supplies diversity institutions. As a result, the development of regional economy has many different manifestations. Based on the analysis, the paper put forward some new directions about the institution supply of local government in China. .
