With the development of science and technology, the trade related to intellectual property has been ever increasing. How to resolve the disputes which arising from intellectual property has become one of the focus that scholars have paid full attention to. Compared with other alternative dispute settlement methods, the arbitration mechanism, for its unique virtues, is more suitable for the settlement of disputes over intellectual property.
