三种微创手术治疗前列腺增生症术后性功能比较

A comarative study on postoperative sexual function after TURP, TVP and TUEVAP for BPH

目的 比较TURP、TVP和TUEVAP治疗BPH术后对性功能的影响。方法 分别对各90例TURP、TVP及TUEVAP术后病人追踪观察9个月,总结其术后勃起功能障碍(ED)发生率。结果 TURP、TVP及TUEVAP术后ED发生率分别是:11.1%(7/63)、3.17%(2/63)、3.13%(2/64)。逆行射精发生率分别是42.9%(27/63)、44.4%(28/63)、43.8%(28/64)。结论 BPH术后ED的发生率,TUEVAP与TVP无显著差别,均优于TURP。三组病人逆行射精发生率无显著性差异。

Objective To compare the postoperative sexual function after TURP, TVP and TUEVAP for BPH.Methods 90 patients have been followed up for 9 months after TURP, TVP and TUEVAP respectively. An analysis hasbeen made on the incidence rate of ED after operation. Results The incidence rates of ED were 12.7%(8/63), 3.17%(2/63)and 3.13%(2/64), and the incidence rates of retrograde ejaculation were 42.9%(27/63), 44.4%(28/63)and 43.8%(28/64) respec-tively after TURP, TVP and TUEVAP. Conclusions The damage to sexual function after operation was insignificantlydifferent between TUEVAP and TVP. TUEVAP and TVP were better than TURP. The incidence rates of retrogradeejaculation were insignificantly different in the three groups.
