间接分光光度法测定阿奇霉素胶囊的含量

Determination of content of Azithromycin in Capsule by spectrophotometry

目的建立分光光度法测定阿奇霉素胶囊的含量。方法精取阿奇霉素胶囊装量项下内容物,精密加0.1mol/L盐酸溶解、滤过,稀释至一定浓度,精取一定量,精密加入85%硫酸,混合1min显色,静置30min;于482nm波长处测定吸收值。结果浓度在30～70mg/L线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率101.59%(n=9),日内、日间精密度RSD分别为0.63%(n=5)和0.72%(n=3)。结论该测定方法准确、可靠,能快速测定阿奇霉素胶囊的含量。

Objective To establish a method for determination of content of Azithromycin in capsule. Method The content in the capsule was determined at 482nm by spectrophotometry after it was dissolved and diluted in 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid, and reacted with sulfuric acid to be turned colour. Result The linear relation was in the range of 30-70mg/L of Aizthromycin ; The average recovery rate was 101.59%(n=9).The RSD of intra-day and inter-day precision were 0.63%(n=5)and 0.72%(n=3). Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable,quick and suitable for the quality control of Azithromycin capsule.
