摘要
执政能力合力论是在恩格斯的“合力论”的基础上提出的。剖析目的在于从整体性的角度、用系统的思维来思考和推进党的执政能力建设。“执政能力合力论”的内在逻辑是:驾驭市场经济的主导力、发展民主政治的保证力、建设社会主义先进文化的导向力、构建社会主义和谐社会的整合力、应对国际局势和处理国际事务的保障力。
The idea on the combination of administrative abilities is proposed on Engels'theory of resultant. It provides a systematic framework for considering the improvement of CPC's administrative power. The combined abilities will guarantee the development of market economy, democratic politics, socialist culture and the firm handling of international affairs.
