正常舟月骨间宽度的超声、X线及MRI对比研究 被引量:1

摘要  目的 提供舟月骨间宽度 (SLSW)超声测量正常值,评价超声测量正常舟月骨间背侧宽度的准确性;比较超声与X线及MRI测量舟月骨间宽度相关性。方法 用超声高频探头探查 100例 200只正常手腕,与X线及MRI测量 30例60只手腕比较。记录超声及X线片上和MRI图像上测量舟月骨间宽度值。结果 男性正中位SLSW为 5 08mm±0 47mm;女性正中位SLSW为 4 80mm±0 46mm。左右比较:正中位,男性右侧较左侧SLSW平均差值为: +0 026mm( -1 1^+1 1mm)。女性右侧较左侧SLSW平均差值为:+0 006mm( -0 6^+1 5mm)。超声与MRI、超声与X线在测量舟月骨间宽度相关性比较,均呈直线相关 (P<0 01)。结论 超声能够准确测量腕舟月骨间宽度,为诊断舟月骨分离等提供了一个简便而可靠的方法。 Objective To establish the normal values of scapholunate joint space width(SLSW),and assess the measuring accuracy of ultrasonography and correlation among sonography,X ray and MRI. Methods Two hundred normal wrists in 100 subjects were examined with high resolution sonography and 60 wrists of 30 subjects were also examined by X ray and MRI for comparison.The SLSW were measured in the neutral position and ulnar and radial deviation on sonography and X ray and MRI patterns. Results The mean values of the SLSW was 5 08 mm±0 47 mm (range, 4 2~6 1 mm) in men and 4 80 mm±0 46 mm (range,4 0~6 0 mm) in women in neutral position,respectively. The mean difference of SLSW between the left and right was +0 026 mm(range,-1 1^+1 1 mm) in men and +0 006 mm(range,-0 6^+1 5 mm) in women, respectively. There was a significant correlation between sonography and X ray or MRI ( r=0 547,P <0 01) about measuring SLSW. Conclusion It is accurate and reliable to measure SLSW with sonography. Ultrasonography can be used to diagnose scapholunate dissociation.
