摘要
目的 探讨纤维支气管镜在治疗支气管内膜结核中的临床应用价值。方法 在全身抗结核治疗基础上,经纤维支气管镜将抗结核药物注入支气管内膜结核病灶处。结果 在痰菌阴转时间及肺不张疗效方面治疗组均优于对照组。结论 经纤维支气管镜引导灌注抗结核药物是治疗支气管内膜结核的有效方法。
Objective To study the clinical application value of fiberoptic bronchoscope in treating endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods Based on general chemotherapy, antituberculotic drugs were poured into the part of lesion of endobronchial tuberculosis by fiberoptic bronchoscope. Results The therapeutic group was better than the control group on the transforming negative time of tuberclostic bacteria in sputum and the effect of pulmonary atelectasis. Conclusion It is an effective method that under fiberoptic bronchoscope guide antituberculotic drugs are injected to treat endobronchial tuberculosis.
