摘要
在蛋鸡饲料中添加有机硒 ,通过生物转化可以提高鸡体的硒含量 ,从而生产富硒鸡肉和鸡蛋。用新极谱法分别测定了富硒和对照蛋鸡的血、肉、蛋、毛及粪中的硒含量 ,测得富硒蛋鸡的硒含量分别为 4 5 1 9±4 2 1μg/L、0 2 0 6± 0 0 0 6mg/kg、0 4 15± 0 0 5 2mg/kg、1 6 6 3± 0 199mg/kg及 1 349± 0 2 39mg/kg ,分别为对照蛋鸡的 4 8、1 6、3 8、5 0及 31倍。
The selenium content of a hen can be improved significantly by adding organic selenium into its food through biological transformation. Chicken and eggs rich in selenium were produced with this method. Using the new polarographic analysis, we studied the selenium concentrations in blood, flesh, eggs, feathers and feces of two groups of laying hens-one group rich in selenium and the other for control. The selenium contents of the former group were 451.9±42.1μg/L?0.206±0.006 mg/kg ?0.415±0.052mg/kg?1.663±0.199 mg/kg and 1.349±0.239 mg/kg, respectively, which were 4.8?1.6?3.8?5.0 and 31 times as much as that of the control group.
