摘要
实验发现Fe3 + 对硫酸介质中过硫酸铵氧化邻甲氧基酚的反应具有明显的催化作用 ,对反应性能和条件进行了研究 ,并由此建立了一种测定水中痕量Fe3 + 的新催化光度法。该方法具有准确度和灵敏度高 ,选择性好、操作简便等特点。实验测定Fe3 + 浓度在 0 0 0 2~ 0 6 μg/ 2 5ml范围内呈良好线性关系 ,方法检出限为 7 5 2× 10 -10 g/ml,应用于几种环境水样中Fe3 + 的含量测定 ,RSD小于 4 85 % ,样品加标回收率为 98 1%~ 10 6 1%。
A new catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace iron was established.The method is based on the hyperchrome of o-methoxyphnol oxidized by ammonium persulfate under the catalysis of trace iron in H 2SO 4 medium.This method showed a high sensitivity and accuracy , good selectivity and operating simplicity, a detection limit of 7.52×10 -10g/ml for Fe 3+and a linear relation within the range of 0.002~0.6μg/25ml Fe 3+, This method has been applied to detect trace iron in several environment water samples with satisfactory resules. The relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 4.85%and the recovery of standard added to water samples was from 98.1% to 106.1%.
