硒是人体必需的微量元素 ,对人类健康有着重要意义 ,具有抗肿瘤、防衰老和增强机体免疫力等多种功能。概述了硒的生物功能和近年来硒含量的测定方法。

The essential trace element ,selenium(Se),is of fundamental importance to human health. Selenium has function of anti-cancer ,anti-aging and enhancing immunity etc. A review of biological function of selenium and of determination of total selenium during the last decade was presented in this paper.
