摘要
本文报告了1983年1月～1990年12月间用粗丝线环绕缝合治疗新鲜髌骨骨折103例.讨论了该法治疗新鲜髌骨骨折的优点,并提出对新鲜髌骨骨折选择手术治疗时,应尽量保留髌骨.随访51例,平均随访时间3年6个月,满意率88.2％.
This paper reports 103 cases of fresh patellar fracture treated with coarse silk thread encirle suture during the years 1983-1990. Among them 51 cases were followed up averagely for three and a halfyears, with total effective rate being 88.2%. In this paper, We lay emphasis on discussion of the merits of this method and its performance.
