文章通过对哲学价值观的基本分析,认为通过对思想政治工作的主体、客体、内容、目标的思考来研究思想政治工作者的价值追求,对学生的审美感知和热爱是高校思想政治工作者崇高价值追求的情感基础,把握规律、探索理论和适用方法是思想政治工作者崇高价值追求的实现途径,理想人格的升华是思想政治工作者崇高价值追求的根本标志,坚定的价值信仰是思想政治工作者崇高价值追求的凝炼。

Through the basic analysis on philosophic values, this article, by reflection upon the subject, content and goal of ideological and political work, studies the pursuit of value for the ideological and political workers. For the lofty pursuit of value for the ideological and political workers, perception and ardent love of students aesthetics are the emotional bases; grasps of laws, probing into theories and applicable methods are the ways to carry out; sublimation of ideal personality is the fundamental symbol; and firm believes in value is the coagulation.
