新形势下高校学生党员发展工作面临高校不断扩招、多校区办学、推行完全学分制、互联网迅猛发展等问题,如何在保证党员发展质量的前提下,创新工作机制,加大大学生党员的发展力度成为当前热点问题。结合工作实际,提出在坚持原有好的做法的基础上,要采取一系列新的对策。

The development of college student CCP members is facing new challenges with colleges enlarging their scales, running in multi-campus, adopting complete credit system and with internet is applied widely. On the basis of ensuring the quality of CCP member, how to innovate the system of organization to strengthen the development of college student becomes the focus for the moment. In view of the practice, the paper suggests that we should adopt a series of new strategies on the basis of persisting the former efficient methods.
