为适应时代发展的要求,高校工会工作必须以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,针对新情况、新问题,从工作内容、工作方式和工作环境上入手,在实际工作中切实发挥自身的教育引导职能,这样才能更好地做好高校教师的主要群体青年教师的思想政治工作,团结、带领广大青年教师为学校的建设和发展做出应有的贡献。
