高校科研排行性评价与科技创新能力评价指标设计

Evaluation of university seniority of scientific research and evaluation index design about sci-technology innovation ability

文章首先综述了国外大学科研评价的概况以及我国政府和民间中介机构对高校科研绩效排行性评价的进展与现状,在借鉴已有研究成果和对高校科技创新能力内涵及其构成要素进行剖析的基础上,设计了高校科技创新能力量化综合评价指标体系,并对指标设置及其逻辑关系进行了阐述。

This article summarizes survey of the evaluation of scientific research in foreign universities and progress and status of the university evaluation of scientific research seniority made by Chinese government and non-government intermediary organizations. In view of the achievements and analysis of connotation and constitution elements of sci-technology innovation ability, we design the comprehensively quantificational system of evaluation index of sci-technology innovation ability and have an explanation of the establishment of the index and its logical relation .
